I´m getting two hyperflow´s 1500 for my 90 gallon tank should I worry about any of my fish getting to much flow. I´m worried about the dwarf lionfish.

1) 2 yellowtail damselfish
2) 1 blue damselfish
3) 1 Clown Tang
4) 1 Foxface
5) 1 Dwarf Lionfish
6) 1 Six line Wrasse
7) 1 Tomato clown
8) 1 Four Stripe Damsel Fish
9) 1 Sailfin/algae blenny

I believe you can adjust the flow on those by turning the collar. At least on my Seio 1100's you can.

I have a 90 as well but with 2 1100's and they are on full blast. If you have enough live rock with nooks and crannies, it should be ok. Look at the fish and adjust from there.

yep I ordered the 1500 thinking I could slow them down and help my fish adapt to the new flow. How did it go for you when you upgraded your pumps. I hope I don´t make a mess, having everything blown away.

I think if you have a 90 gal, you should go with 2 x 1100, I just installed 2 of them and they work great, however my is 180 gal and I should keep 2 x 1500 ( I sold it )

Yes you can adjust the flow by turning the flow thinggy. Very easy to set up.

I didn't have any trouble with sand blowing. I have them on opposite ends of the tank facing each other about midway between the top of the tank and bottom.

I have the 1200's facing toward the back of my rock on a wavemaker.
