No special requirements. Just keep salinity around 1.025 and make sure its a copper free tank.

Is this the shrimp that comes out in Nemo? :)
He is pretty much safe for my fish right? I have a Yellow Tang, Bicolor Blenny, Royal Gramma, False Percula Clown, and a Spotted Cardinal.
I am currently acclimating him. Same as fish acclimation according to liveaquaria.com?

He is perfectly safe with, and for, those fish. No worries there.

So do they change their sex to breed? how do I know if i have a mlae and female? I want to go buy a second one so they can hatch eggs to provide food for the fish.
also, are these shrimp safe for seahorses?

I believe there hermaphrodite's.
As for sea horses IMO they can get a little aggressive with there cleaning attempts.
I'm not sure if a seahorse would be fast or agile enough to get away if it didn't want to be cleaned.
