Im curious about this, what is the reason LFS owners can't be members of NFMAS?

Last time I checked the only requirement to becoming a member is to attend a meeting. :) Anyone can be a member as far as I'm concerned. I think that it would be best for the person who organizes the meeting schedule and/or speaks at all of the meetings to not be associated with a LFS out of respect for all of the supporting stores.

quote from John at atlantis

"LFS OWNERS ARE NOT MEMBERS OF THE CLUB."

I was just wondering why he said that to me, he said it as if he wasn't allowed to become one.

I am asking this question because I don't know the answer. This is no way to start any sort of fight. What do the LFS's do to support the NFMAS, besides hosting meetings, isn't anyone allowed to do that?

It's been my experience that stores will try to get us special speakers and try do do some nice drawings when they host (I won a nice acro yesterday).

Thank You Attlantis and NFMAS for having me. I enjoyed being there. I want to say having two store owners at the same store is remarkable and they are brining in speakers too! It truely shows they care about the hobbiest. Keep up the good work all of you and Thank You again!
