ok i've read all up on the KW/Vinegar mix.
15ML vinegar, then add 1/2 Teaspoon KW, let dissolve (for how long?) then add to about 1 liter of RO/DI.

Ok since the chemical reaction should have already happened before going into the tank, is it ok to add the whole 1 liter without dripping it straight to the tank?

You only need the vinegar if you are tying to super saturate the kalkwasser. A gallon of water will hold 2 teaspoons kalk w/o the vinegar and 3 teaspoons if you add 45 ml of vinegar. I wouldn't add it quickly to the tank with or without the vinegar. It will still spike the pH just maybe not as much. If you aren't doing 24/7 kalk I would drip it at night as well.

Those ingredients can be mixed together without waiting, and the order of addition won't matter. The solution will likely still have a high pH, so I would drip it. That's a lot of vinegar, though. Is there a pH issue with the tank?

This article talks about dosing lime:
