I have a fish only tank with live rock. It is a 180 tank with the currant fish being a maroon clown, large yellow tang, korean angel and foxface. I was thinking of adding one of the more peacefull triggers or maybe a sohal or both. I would like to hear any suggestions.

IMO, the sohal would be pushing it. As far as triggers, peaceful is a relative term with most of them. You could try a blue jaw or maybe even a niger. The BJ would stay smaller and be a bit less temperamental. Are there any inverts in the tank?

Blue jaw would be nice. but only if you dont have inverts

the bluejaw or bluechin trigger should leave inverts alone maybe shrimp might be in trouble but usually fine if you add the shrimp first other triggers that might be ok with inverts are crosshatch triggers and pinktail trigger. niger trigger will probably be the more likly one to kill off any shrimps in the tank, but i've seen all these in a reef tank doing well.

Ive never kept a Sohal but hear they are terrors, especially to other tangs. I think ur yellow might get beat up. For a 180 there a quite a few triggers that you could get. Just dont buy an Undulated, will kill everthing. maybe a wrasse or puffer?

picasso's are nice and have a pretty even temper.

One of my favorite things in SW is small harems of flasher or fairy wrasse...colourful, active and fun to watch interact with each other
