View Full Version : is EVERYONE that does the live chat named Tina?

I've done the "live help" something like 5 times, and was connected to "Tina C." everytime until today, it was "Tina B.". I find this odd. I know most places that do use a live chat feature use fake names, but to me, this is hilarious, everytime, a Tina.

If I may make one more suggestion, I understand you may have numerous chats going on at one time, but the scripting of the entire ordeal is a little "cold" IMO. I have done live chat support in the past, and while there were pre-gen scripts you could use, doing the entire chat with these phrases was a BIG no-no.
