No I have to come up with an excuse as to why I took the fish to the vet and not the dog!

Hi Guys can someone help me.
I have a hippo tang, I introduced a few days ago in my 40Gal tank (Red Sea Max) and he was fine until today. When i got back in the evening he is covered with white ich...I cant catch the fish as I do not have a sick tank and besides Im leaving on holidays in two days..I am feeding Ocean Nutrition.
Do you think he will get well if he eats well?
Mark

I have used a vet in Maine for Koi. never for my reef tank but also have never spent the kind of money on a marine fish that i have had on a Koi.
