What do you set in a Stream Controller

Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what these controllers can do. I went to the Tunze site but there are no specifics. It would be great if there was an online manual.

With the 7091:
Sounds like you can set at a predetermined percentage but can you for instance have the pump go on at one % to another % all in one shot?. What is the range in which it can go on and off?.

What else can this thing do?.

On a 7091 you control just one pump. You set a high speed and a low speed- their is no on and off. Then you set the number of seconds from 1-7 between these speeds. The 7091 is a very basic controller, the 7095 has far more features.
