debris in tank and on live rock?

there is alot of debris on the rock and I don't think I over feed ?..is there an explanation

What do you have for a clean up crew? When you are doing a water change, you can always take a turkey baster and blast off the junk and suck it up with the syphin.

Increasing your flow will help keep it off the rocks and in circulation where i can be removed.

I think this tank is still pretty new? If so, the live rock might still be shedding.

So live rock sheds? My substrate is covered in bits and pieces and looks awful right now

Yes, sometimes new live rock has organisms that continue to push out debris for a while. I just ignore it.
