been having a little problem with my Reef Keeper 2 talked to Nick he has quickly swaped it out sending me home with a replacment at Imac. refreshing to have such great customer support told Nick the problem just before both of us left for Imac he quickly got back to me telling me to look for him at Imac. we talked he gave me a new unit on the spot and told me to ship the other back to him when I get home. Thanks again Nick
