does any one know if the jea water supply has any chloramines? thanks

I would think so, but I'm no expert on it. You can smell the chlorine in the water though.

JEA should supply you with the Annual water quality report upon request....
Here in AB, I recieve one in the mail yearly and they have comparisons to other water supplies, as well as if each level is within acceptable range or not.
I'm going to venture out and say yes to chloramines at least to some extent.....
If noone can give a definitive answer w/ quantaties also, then I would call JEA...HTH

I receive a JEA water quality report annually.
Their website only lists the water quality reports for 2003 & 2004 here - http://www.jea.com/community/education/watersewer/quality.asp
I didn't see chloramines listed in the report but as far as I know they do add it to the water.

ok thanks for the link. as far as the earlier post chloramines are used in place of clorine. thanks for all the input
