Troubles in 300 with foxface lo?

I have a fox face lo that was in quarantine for 3 weeks untill yesterday when I put him in to my 300 gallon sps display! This morning I went to check on the tank and found this fish with Ich!:mad2: How in the world am I going to get him out? He did not eat this morning with the other two fish in the tank(a clown and a CBB.) They seem to be fine and eat like pigs as always. I also use garlic in this tank and all water perameters check out. I there anything I can do? I would be almost impossible to get him out. I think I would have to dissmantle the tank. Should I just let it ride? I have never have Ich on fish That have been QT! Not even my three tangs?

What should I do?
