Last week I just hooked up 2 Seio 620's. They are fully submersed and very quiet. The only problem is that about every half hour they spew out a ton of air bubbles, and when this occurs a loud noise comes from it. Anyone know how to stop the airbubbles?? I know there is a switch on the back of the Seio's for air control, but they're fully submersed, so how can air be coming out of there?
How far under your water line are they?

about 4-5 inches.

Make sure the blue air venturi knobs are screwed all the way down, mine did that too.

Make sure the unit is below water level, enough so it doesn't suck up water from the top. This is visible if it is the cause.
& yep....the blue venturi knob should be in the closed position (tightest).

It's well below the water level and I did close the blue knob last night, but it's still shooting out air about every half hour to hour. Any other suggestions?

If you can, (and I know it won't be fun) try and watch it closely right before it does it. I still think it is creating a vortex and sucking air into it. Mine does that if I forget to turn them off during water changes.
