External pump needle wheel?

Anyone have any pictures/suggestions on the best way to make a needle wheel for a sequence pump?

Sequence is coming out with thier own needle wheel... I saw one in action at IMAC this weekend at the Premium Aquatics booth...not sure on the timeframe though.

Yeah I saw that too but this is the DIY forum after all...

I can and will eperiment on my own but collaboration would seem to produce the best result in the end.
