Is a Leather coral a LPS or SPS???
And is it ok that it "slumps" over when the lights are off?

Neither. The 'S' stands for stony (or scleractinian), leathers are softies (no skeleton). Mine closes up and leans over sometimes after dark, perfectly normal AFAIK.

Slumps after lights out is common. They will also slump when aggrivated
