Depends what you want in your tank (types of corals). I have a Mag 7 plumbed DIRECTLY into the back of the same tank, so I'm getting just about the full 700gph. It's great for my mized reef. One outlet hits the front and disperses in every direction.

Ya, you should have started out with a Mag 7, but oh well.
Also what are you planning on having? If you are looking to keep sps, you are going to need a lot more flow. Go to www.drsfosterandsmith.com and I reccomend getting 2 maxi jet 1200 and then get to hydor flo wavemakers. Mine works great, makes a lot more flow
