fine debris floating around...

Well my Nano24 has be up and running for almost 2 weeks now. My water has been crystal clear until yesterday. I notice that there is a lot of what looks like fine dust particles floating around and it won't seem to filter out. The foam filters are clean. I just change about 3g of water out for the first time on Saturday. Pump is running. Any thoughts?

I sometimes will run a filter to get that out.... Are they air bubbles? Or my next thought was maybe a powerhead/current is stirring the sand up. Maybe try moving the powerheads around.
