My tuxedo urchin offers his services as Tulsa's finest tank remodeler. He is seen here rearranging my Eagle Eye colony (yep, this is the colony that's grown from Ben's Eagle Eyes that are in the donor program )-- apparently, my placement of it displeased him!

(Well, either that or he's considering a career in fashion design and thought an Eagle Eye coat was sure to be a hit on the aquatic runways...)

Don't those eat coraline algae?

Supposedly, but mine doesn't seem to (as evidenced by the coraline all over my tank... visible on the wall he's on and in the middle of that last picture where it's on the glass)...or at least, if he does eat it, it's not enough to make a difference in the tank...

What else could it possibly be surviving off of?

Mine used to wear a pom-pom xenia over coat studded with sea shells with a touch of star polyp to set it off.

Hey, about the eagle eyes. Thanks for helping me reestablish them back in my tank. They're doing great

i think besides coraline algae thay eat a lot of bio cover on the rocks.but with as much coraline she has i doubt he could put a big dent in it?

Yeah, let's just say dents in the coraline are NOT the problem I'm having! :-P
