I've heard that this much light might fry my softies. I am setting up a 20H with a 175 MH and all I can say is that this tank is a lot brighter than my stock 12 NANO CUBE DX. softies can be acclimated to high intensity light. You should diffuse the light for the first few weeks. Or keep them at the very bottom corner of the tank.
