Looking for recommendations.
My sis and husband are coming down at the end of the month, and they just got certified. They are looking for a good charter that is not overly crowded and one that the captain/crew member dives with them.
My wife and I havn't got certified yet, so we are looking for a charter that can accomodate my sis and husband and allow us to snorkel. We plan on going to John Pennekamp.
