Growth on Clown??

My clown has some kind of growth on it. Looks like a cluster of white bumps, thinking some kind of fungus. http://reefcentral.com/gallery/data/521/121760clown.jpg

probably is. Is he new? I had white lumps on my clowns awhile back when I got them. Sloved with some melafix and permafix. However I think by feeding him everyday he got his strength back on his own.

Maybe it´s fungus.
Or it could be Lymphocystis. A virus without cure.
