Formula 1 and 2

Are the formula 1 and 2 frozen food any better than flake. Also what is the differnence between the formula 1 and 2. Which is better for clowns that are lossing color.

Form 1&2 are MUCH better than flake IMO. Also fish take them more readily they probably taste better!

Form 1 is a mix of a lot of different foods, but has a lot of meaty foods in it.

Form 2 is similar, still has krill and such, but has MUCH higher levels of algaes that promote good coloration.

I use both, all my fish love it, I cut them up into small peices before I feed

ok thanks. could i feed formula 1, formula 2, mysis, and cycoezze. Would that be good for my two clowns.

Yes, I think the more varied the diet the better. My clown loves cyclopeeze.

YOu could definitely feed all those, with marines, and any animal in general the more variety they have in their diet the better!

ok will that bring back there color.

Food alone wont do it, youre prob going to have to supplement the foods with vitamins ( Marine, Selcon, Zoe ). Also provide the best water conditions possible. With time their color should be back to normal, or better.
