VHO vs T5

what do most of you guys reccommend i use, or which is better, price is not an issue for me nor is power usage, i just want the better of the 2, i just upgraded from a coralife aqaulight pro which had 3x150w 10k hqi, 4x96w actinics, to a coralvue 3x250w 14k SE retro, now i need to get supplemental lighting. so just give some opinions and suggestions on which to choose between VHO and T5. thanx in advance!!- Tony

I have 4 39 watt T5'S BLUE ACTINIC lights supplementing 3 250 watt Mh's and love the look, the T5'S definately are awesome.

I still have not seen a T5 that compairs to VHO actinics.

UVL/URI is making the same the VHO actinic for T5's. They will be out in 2 weeks.
