Im wondering how I can cut the circles for the corner overflows in a AGA 120.

Jigsaw works fine. It cuts like soft pine.
I made a template out of cardboard to be sure of a perfect fit before tracing onto the starboard.

Jigsaw with a very aggressive tooth blade, if you go to slow it might melt a bit, in that case remove the blade wait a bit and go back at it.
If you end up with a ruff cut it can be sanded.
