I just moved my pair of false percula clowns to my new 65 gallon. before i moved them they were both fine. i aclaimated them for about 45 min, and then i put them in. when i put them in i noticed that the smaller one had a fungus-like growth on two of its fins. So i recaught it and did a two minute fresh water dip. The fins are still in poor condition with raised welts that looked like a fungus. What should i do? could the move have caused this?
Thanks

Prob just bacterial. Are they eating fine? Do you have Garlic, zoe to soak food in? The "spazming" is nothing to be alarmed about.

Thanks for the help!
they are eating fine, but i do not have garlic or zoe. the reason why I am really suprised is because it just showed up during the hour moving period

Prob just stress induced. A good vitamin enriched diet (food soaked in zoe, selcon) should take care of it. Garlic helps boost there imune system. You can use fresh garlic from the store and just press the juice out of it and soak the food in it. What do you feed? Flake or frozen

agreed...sounds like a stress induced condition. Big fan of using garlic once weekly for health! Definitely try it!

cool! I feed both flkae and frozen. So I should just press garlic and soak the frozen/flake food in it and then just give it to them?
Thanks for the info
