Ok, I have a Tunze 6100 slaved to my wavebox. They are in alternate corners and alternate cycles. I bought a mag mount for the 6100 and it pretty much sucks. It's not the magnet, but the round notched piece that will not hold the position of the pump. It also hangs down at an angle and blows my sand around. Any one have any ideas on how to stiffen this up?

I have 2 6100s on a controller. I use the magnets and they do need some tweeking. I turned the magnets upward at an angle both pumps directed to the middle of the tank. The torque from the cycles will dislodge the pump from the magnet. I used a zip tie to hold the pump in place. Run the tie through the hole at the mount. Even though the pumps are directed towards the top middle of the tank, I still have areas that are BB. I allowed the pumps to run until a pattern of BB is determined, I use LR rubble in those locations.
