ARO ballast ?'s

I have an ARO ballast from Hellolights,inc and was wondering if it would run T-5 bulbs it says it will powers up to 440 watts of 16 feet of bulbs 120V, 60Hz Item Code 60-60005 don't know if any of this helps but if you know anything about this ballast please post Thanks

I asked Hellolights abou that a while ago and they said that it would infact run T5.

As for performance I do not know.
