would appreciate a response from a Hello Light guy or someone who can tell what I'm doing wrong...I'm not the sharpest kniff in the drawer but I'm not really the dullest one either but this silly digital timer is kicking my butt. I have followed the directions 5, 6 times, put programs in throught all the program. Programed the 1 1 position to turn on at 0700, and programed the 1 0 to turn off at 2300 never got the MO-SU option after pressing the day butten while in prog mode so I left all the days showing and pressed the inter button, it goes to time which is 2118 right now, date is thursday and the far right number is a "0" which indicates to me that the device is turned off. I can hit the manual button and the lamp turns on and the number in the far right is now a "1", for the life of me I can't put it in auto mode and turn on, it always shows "0". Call me stupid but please help me out. I bought about 5 of these things from you and have tried 2 with the same results, would indicate to me operator error. Any help would be apreciated.

PS. not sure if I even posted this correctly, this is my first time. please be easy.

tks...mark:beachbum

I am hanging my head in shame. Around 0900 yesterday morning I started messing with the timer. I had set program 1 to turn on at 0700 and off at 2300 every day. I assumed that since it was after 0700 it would know and immediately turn on...well that wasn't what was happing, so I posted for help. Still not convinced it was the timer I messed around with it again this morning around 0815, I set program 1 to turn on at 0816, as soon as the digital clock turned 0816 program 1 activated and turned my "test" lamp on, I set program 1 to turn off at 0817 and sure enough as soon as the digital clock turned 0817 the unit turned my lamp off. Wonder if I should submit myself for a Darwin award... All is well now, thank you for a great little timer.

We are glad to hear that you got the timer to work. They can be difficult to set up. Once they are set up they are a great timer. If you have any more questions regarding the TMR01 timer feel free to give us a call and we can help you out.
