Does anyone have any opinions about these. I was thinking about setting up a second tank (reef) and the AP24 gallon looked ideal with the halogen lights. I talked to the guys at the local pet store (what the f does LFS mean???) though and he told me that even though they carry them, he wouldnt reccomend it for anyone who knew what they were doing b/c the filtration was severely inadequate. Can anyone offer some insight? Thanks.

i have the aquapod. my primary filtration = Coralife Super Skimmer

forget the jbj nanocube..they are a piece of crap. cracks easy and the ballast always gives out. their warranty is 6 months and their customer service is worse then the products they sell.

Why don't you read about these in the nano reef forum?

BTW, each person has a strong opinion on these, so read up to get a consensus.

I've got an aquapod and so far like it. It's got a sleek look and it's self contained. I agree that all-in-ones are not top quality.
