EuroReef includes a small tube of silicone grease (labeled silicone dielectric compound) with their skimmers that have unions to help the O-Ring seal better. It's thick in consistency, almost like aquarium repair silicone. Does anyone know where this stuff can be had locally, as I am just about out of it, and don't want to order it from H2oTropicals for $2 plus $10 shipping?

Thanks,

Kirk

Try and auto parts store. It's probably the same stuff used on spark plug wires.

Plumbing supply houses will have food grade silicone grease.
