Good product, good service, good followup.
It works very well, it's cheap, it got here before I expected it (must have mailed it the day I ordered), and they queried afterward to be sure I was happy with it. Exceeded expectations all the way around.

I was thinking about getting a topoff system from them, and was wondering what the difference is between their single and double switch models

i think the double switch provides extra safety, right...it's got a high switch and a low switch, which you can place however you want

Great news, it's settled then. I'm buying a double switch model.

I got the Deluxe Model with the 2 switches. Probably matches with the tunze stream as the best thing I have ever bought for my tank.

Great people! I've been running a dual switch solution (with that cool molded plastic holder) for over 6 months. The first switch still works perfectly, and I've never had to fall back to the secondary switch.

With that said, I ordered a 3rd switch, just in case 1 ever fails.

Great company!

That's where I got my auto top off stuff..
However be prepared for some major assembly.
I had no idea it would be as involved as it was and how many other parts I would need to go out and buy to make the system work.

I ended up upgrading what they sent to a better system, check out my gallery for pics of what I made fot the ATO

I bought the double switch and it took me a whole 3 minutes to put together. I've had it for a month now and it works great. Just remember to unplug it when you do water changes or disrupt the water level in any way! And make sure the switches are turned on the way you want them to be. I forget how they come but you need to change one of them.
