Fairy Wrasse ID

This was imported as a Lineatus hybrid from Vanuatu. Any ideas on what it actually is?

Ken,

It is no doubt Cirrhilabrus rubrimarginatus, the Red-margined Fairy Wrasse, male.

In addition, those from at least Fiji and Vanuatu have a pinkish area on dorsal area like this individual in the photo.

I agree w/ the doc. Pink margin fairy. I've had my LFS refer to it as a poor mans lineatus!!:rolleyes:
