I had my eye on a kenzinger wrasse and saw it was fish only -- do they eat snails, hermits, and mithrax crabs? I figured it would be difficult since they have the hard shell and the wrasse mouth is small.

the only corals i have are a gorgonian and some star polyps

they will possibly eat any or all crestations, my Red Corus Wrasse eats all of those however he dosen't touch my lps. The wrasse will use his hard nose to flip over the crabs and snails and then eat out their insides.

Yes, he will eats crabs and any other crustateans. He will leave your gorgonias and polyps alone...
