looks like flatworms to me...i had them in my tank when i first added live rock so i used Flatworm Exit. most of them went away but whenever i see one i use a turkey baster and suck them out. if they are flatworms they are not reef safe and they can kill corals.

The white ones are not a problem, its the red ones you need to watch out for.
red (http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=734593&highlight=red+flatworm)
The white ones eat copepods and usally arent found in large numbers in aquaria. Generally they disappear all on their own.
The red ones are photosynthetic and can multiply to very large numbers in a relatively short period of time. They contain a toxin which gets released when they die and can harm fish and inverts, also if the population becomes large enough they can cover corals blocking light, and reduce the animals ability to breath.

Lol, that's what I was going to say. The white ones are fine, and the red ones become a problem if nutrients are out of control. They're not really harmful in and of themselves.
Thank you every one.
So in your opinions should I use flatworm exit now since I don't see a massive amount of them.
Also what color do you think mine are I think brown but I guess they might look red to some people.
I only have 2 fish in the tank and they can be removed or like wise with my corals.
I was also told that I could just trade frags after a good dip in flatworm exit. Knowing I am not a genius I would rather hear from first hand experience than a book or an article.
Thank you again

The ones pictured are not the red aceol flatworms, so as long as you dont have any red ones I would not be concerned. If you are noticing red ones then now would be the time to nip it.
Here's a good pic of the red ones

The ones you have are not harmful at all, just diatom and algae eaters. If you have wrasses they are excellent food for them.
I have had them for several months in my fuge and frag tank, they come and go and never reproduce to plague proportions. With my two wrasses in the main I have never seen one there.
thank you guys put me at ease

Only certain flatworms are not reef safe, specifically the Acropora Eating Flatworm (very scientific name, I wonder how they came up with the name)
Yours look fine.
