need acrylic for sump

I have nowhere to get acrylic closer than 2 hrs and was wondering if there is somewhere to order it online and have them ship it to me also my sump is going to be 36" long x 11" wide x 12" tall I was wonder what thickness of acrylic I would need to buy plus a good acrylic glue and the grade of the acrylic thanks First DIY project

1/4" is available at Home Depot. If it's a sump with baffles, 1/4" would be fine.

Home depot and Lowes sell acrylic and will cut it for you for free.

my lowes doesn't sell acrylic. I get it via www.usplastic.com. its reasonable.

try to find some local acrylic suppliers. the one by my house sells scraps for $0.74 a pound. i got all the acrylic i needed to build a 35 gal sump/refugium for less than $25.

well my home depot has a 72x36 sheet of .220 thickness for 67.99 and you have to cut it yourselfwhat do you think

www.delviesplastics.com cast acrylic at a low cost. Home Depot etc. usually only have extruded.

Really, you have to cut it yourself? Mine will cut it for you for free if you want.
Do you have a Lowes, they definitly will cut it in there glass cutting station for free.

yeah said they didn't have a machine but it looked flimsy for building a 3 foot sump anyway I'll try some of the online places mentioned
