What is a good totally submerisble heater? Cause I know the ebo jager cannot be totally under water? Also does it matter if we have a strong or weak power head mixing the water, will it cause more airation if we used a stronger powerhead?

A good submersible heater is a titanium one.
A stronger powerhead will creat more oxygen and mix more.

I don't trust any heaters, actually. I use two plus a temperature controller in display tanks. If you're just using the pump for mixing, a small one should work well enough, IMO.
