I have been spending a lot of time trying to sift through these 40 page threads looking for the "final product":D It is getting tiresome trying to find the beautiful tankroom shot. If you would like your large tankroom picture in the next Reefslides, please post it on this thread(which will be your permission)...also, add the name you would like to have appear for photo credit.

Thanks for your contributions big tank folks...:D

Nanook,

Are we talking utility rooms behind the tank or the room where the tank is being viewed?

Well the room is finished but the 400 g tank has not been moved into the room yet. It's still sitting in the garage. Would you want a pic of that taken from where the tank will be sitting?

Sure...throw it up there.

Well my tank is not in a "room", it is in the entry to my home. Here is a unique view of my 210 from the catwalk of the second floor.

still need to finish the trim and mantle shelf in front but here she is so far :) The room is 11* 14 so it was also hard to get a full shot without a wide angle lens.

That's awesome, to me it has a bit of a fireplace feel to it yet it's a tank. Very cool.

I would like to know about it, depth and what the back groud on it is.
Look fabulous.
Everyone else, your tanks are great also.

OK got a few pics.

This is the main room as viewed from where the tank is going. Room is 12' by 30'.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v454/blown63chevy/sunroom/final/P1010045.jpg

Another view looking slightly left.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v454/blown63chevy/sunroom/final/P1010046.jpg

view looking from the other end. The unfinished area is where the 400G tank will be built in. The two sets of windows next to the wall will be replaced with removable panels so that I can get to the back of the tank when need be.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v454/blown63chevy/sunroom/final/P1010047.jpg

And lastly, the 400 G tank as it still sits in my garage. I need to get busy moving it.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v454/blown63chevy/sunroom/final/P1010048.jpg

Here's the whole pictorial of the 1 + year building of the room. I did everything but install the actual sunroom kit.

Beautiful room Chevy, I have saved the pics, it is just what I am wanting to build out back as right now I have no porch.
I want a room just like that with a laundry room and mud room for slop sink, boots and jackets and a place for the dogs to come in in bad weather.
Very nice, love your webshots album.
Will show it to hubby and tell him to get on it:)

Crusty Old Shellback

Thanks, just don't get me in trouble with the hubby. The breeze way that got enclosed will become the wife's new laundry center with a deep sink for me. :D. That is once I get the tank moved into the room. Hope to start on it this weekend.

20 foot ceilings make the tank look perfect. 2 wing back chairs and 2 couches allow plenty of seating room to chat and watch they tank.

It is about 3 feet away from the wall. center tower allows for 4 sides of viewing area. each side will be a different sea scape.
