id help with a bivalve

hi all:
i recently added this bivalve being told it was a jewel box cluster. i've searched the net to find info on it, but i can't even find a pic. as far as i can tell this is the only one.lol so if anyone can tell me the name and or a site to learn more about it, i would appreciate it thanks to all that can help

A clearer picture would be helpful. Your bivalve will most likely require feeding for survival, something like DT's phytoplankton.

Picture is still blurry. When taking pictures in the tank the lens should be right against , and square to the glass. Use the macro mode if your camera has one, use a tripod, use the delayed picture mode so your hands are away from the camera, and set the camera on low film speed ex. ISO 80.

My guess is its a thorny oyster.

yeah ill try to get a better pic, it doesnt resemble the thorny oyster in that pic at all. let me try to get a real good pic.
