what would be the best cleanup crew for a 100 gallon fowlrwith the lights on from about 10am to 7pm.

Get some ceriths, Collonista and columbellids for starters. Oh, and some "bristle worms" (like these (http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=847998).
