Hermits, shed exoskellatons right? it would look like a hermit, but kinda dead.


im haveing trouble determin weather its a exo shell or a dead hermit,

it was next to a shell. that i thought was in so i moved the shell and there was a hermit in it still. so i dont think its dead i think it just molted. most of the hermits molted as soon as being put in the tank, (also geting a bigger home)

Right. some crustaceans eat their molts to get back some of the minerals still in the shed exoskeletons.
