It's the polka dot hermit Phimochirus operculatus.

Most hermits aren't. Only a few are primarily herbivores. The rest are opportunists who will eat pretty much anything they find. Do a web search on Phimochirus operculatus and food, feeding, diet, prey and see what you can find. Good luck.
