I bought some ICH medicine just to have in case a fish got ICH.

The main ingredient is Formalin.

Do you all know anything about this chemical?
How it acts with marine fish?
If it hurts inverts?
Safe on seahorses and marine fish?
What kind of ICH it can kill?

THANKS!!! :D

Well....its toxic,
will kill invertabraes,
will kill biological filtration,
can kill your fish if used improperly,
not a great cure for ich as you cannot use the med for long periods of time

I would not put it in your main..bad news. I would not use as a prolonged treatment for anything..Dips are helpful for OTHER conditions such as Flukes, Brook..etc..

Copper and Hypo, only things that work on ich
Good luck!
