Would a Neon Goby help against Black Spot?

I recently bought a yellow tang for my 75 gallon tank at school and I think it has Black Spot. I was wondering if a Neon Goby would eat the cysts off of it. If not, what do you suggest, medications or another fish? I am planning on quarantining it. Thanks for the help,
