Clean-up crew - effective and uneatable?

What clean-up crew is necessary for 90 gal bare-bottom tank with tasseled filefish and volitan lion? Or just vacuuming bottom after feeding? Thanks.

choc chip starfish. I have one in my trigger tank and so far it has been ignord. going on about a year now. Jumbo snails shoule be fine also.
