ok so i have 5lbs of live rock in my main tank now. I got cured rock delivered to me for a one day delivery yesterday. Right now i have it in a container recurring. after nitrites and ammonia are down how do i go about putting it in my tank. Is it going to cause a cycle in my tank again? should i only put some in everyother day or something?
and my nitrates have always been about 20-30 ppm. since im adding more live rock should that take care of my trates?
thanks for the help.

After the rock has cycled in the bucket, you can safely add it to your tank. All at once or piecewise, doesn't matter. I'd say just rinse the rocks off in some saltwater to remove detritus and stuff and then go ahead and put it in the tank. If you're having nitrate problems, don't rely on your live rock to take care of it. Take that partly as an indication that perhaps you're overfeeding, or you need to do more frequent water changes. Good luck.
