Do they need med. or high light? Also, about flow? And is on the sand ok?

They tend to do best under medium lighting and moderate flow. You can put them on the sand, but make sure they are attached to a rock or you might find it gone one morning.

it really depends on the yuma and the color, some like much less light than others, and prefer shadier areas of the tank
