I currently have 1 WC GSM Clown in my tank, that is about 1.5 inches in length. Would it be OK to get 2 clownfish of a different species for this tank as long as they are both larger than the GSM?

Not if it's in the 29 gallon tank listed on your signature. You need a lot larger of a system to be able to achieve that.

I wouldn't GSMS are one of the biggest varieties of clown, and the most aggressive. It may be small now but unless you are putting Clarkiis in the tank, the GSM will grow larger and meaner than the others IMO

I see you are from my neck of the woods!

OK, thanks for the advice!

OK, one more question. Since is seems that my only choice for another clownfish would be a larger GSM, what other types of fish would anyone recommend for my tank?

Sorry if I need to post this in another thread.

Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of fish that you could add in a 29.

A goby/pistol pair is a common tankmate for clownfish. A small wrasse might also be comfortable in that size tank. You might even be able to get away with a coral beauty or cherub angel but that may be pushing it for a 29.
