I've noticed a lot of my reef bones as well as my live rock is starting to turn green with algae...is this good or bad and if it's bad what can I do about it? Keep in mind this is a newly setup tank (almost two weeks). Thanks!!!

it could be the start of coraline

I am from East Montpelier. I know Danville well, snowmobiled through it many times :D.

I hope it's the start of coraline...that would be sweet!!!

I miss VT I live in Philly now I left back in 1996 , I go back every time I get a chance so you must be familiar with Marty's First Stop if you have been sledding through Danville? Happy reefing Dude!

sometimes coraline starts out as a light green color.

exacta123 I know Marty's well, been there many times. As you know it's sort of a hub of snowmobiling in the central VT area. Unfortunately there are no good LFS in Montpelier, the closest is The Pet Advantage in South Burlington.

The algea is almost a neon green or maybe it just looks that way under my actinic blue light. If this is the start of coraline (which I HOPE it is) then I should be in pretty good shape!!!
