so I can have space to put my new protein skimmer.

Where the bioballs compartment is at...

Can I do this move in one shoot?

I just have 3 fish on my tank and LR. 100 gal, I already have a bakpak skimmer running and a separate refugium.

To avoid an ammonia spike as you will be removing a lot of bacteria, I would reccomend doing it slowly over the course of a month or 2.

How much rock do you have? If you have at least 90-100 lbs of rock you could probably do 1/4 every few days or so. I have a 90 gal with 105 lbs of rock and removed half of the bioballs one day, then the other half 3 days later. No problems at all.
