can you keep a regal/hippo tang in the same tank with a yeloow tang.

Two of the more compatible tangs, in my opinion.

100+ tank needed, though...

I would recommend no less than a 6' tank...and the Hippo should go in first:)

One of the most common types of tangs to keep together. Should not be a problem.
